Performed fully clothed in comfortable, flexible clothing on a Thai mat on the ground, this session combines ancient techniques with a modern therapeutic understanding. Grounding compressions, assisted stretching, and traditional Thai movement sequences allow for dynamic full-body treatment that can improve mobility, reduce tension, restore energy, and promote deep relaxation. The 120-minute session provides additional time for focused therapeutic work while also supporting a deeper sense of balance, ease, and integration throughout the body.

Therapeutic Table Massage

Performed on a professional massage table and appropriately draped with sheets to ensure privacy, comfort, and relaxation, this session provides focused hands-on therapeutic bodywork tailored to your individual needs. Swedish massage techniques, deep tissue work, myofascial approaches, and neuromuscular therapy are thoughtfully integrated to open the body, relieve tension, improve mobility, reduce pain, and support overall well-being. Only high-quality products are used, including pure grapeseed oil and nourishing shea butter. The 120-minute session allows additional time for focused therapeutic work, deeper relaxation, and a more complete sense of unwinding and restoration within the body and mind.
