Payment
All sessions are reserved upon full payment at the time of booking.
First Appointment
Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a text from the business number.
A brief 2–3 minute phone call is required prior to the first session to discuss health information and session goals.
Future scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation requests may be handled by text once communication has been established.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
Session time is reserved exclusively for you.
Mobile Sessions
For mobile appointments, arrival typically occurs 15–30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to prepare the space.
A reasonably quiet, clean, and private area with adequate room for the table or mat is required.
If arrival is delayed due to client readiness or space preparation, session time may be adjusted accordingly.
Health & Illness
If you are experiencing symptoms of contagious illness, please contact as possible to discuss rescheduling options.
Professional Boundaries
Integral Tone Bodywork provides therapeutic massage only.
Any inappropriate or sexually suggestive behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
Provider Rescheduling
In the unlikely event that Integral Tone Bodywork must reschedule or cancel an appointment, clients may choose either a full refund or to reschedule and receive a 15% partial refund applied to the session total.
